The 20-year-old Thanksgiving Day race formerly known as the Bulle Rock Turkey Trot has moved to downtown Havre de Grace under a new name, benefiting the Susquehanna Hose Company. It starts and finishes at the STAR Centre. The 5K starts at 8 a.m. and the 1-Mile Fun Run at 8:15 a.m., and there are discounted kids' entries for children 10 and under in both distances, plus age-group awards beginning with 10 & Under. The 5K is chip-timed. A virtual option lets families complete a 5K anywhere between November 25 and 29 and have packets shipped. A good choice for Harford County families who want a short holiday-morning run together before the turkey.
