Waterfront Partnership of Baltimore runs an outdoor ice rink at the Inner Harbor each winter, with skating under the city's neon-lit skyline and harbor views. For 2026–27 the rink is open daily from November 6 through January 18. Regular hours are Monday–Thursday noon to 10 p.m., Friday noon to 11 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., with special hours on Thanksgiving (noon–10 p.m.), Christmas Eve (10 a.m.–5 p.m.), Christmas Day (4–11 p.m.), New Year's Eve (10 a.m.–11 p.m.) and New Year's Day (noon–10 p.m.). Tickets are general admission, first come first served, and a wristband is good for the whole day; buying online in advance is strongly encouraged. Skates can be rented, with an extra $5 for a second rental after leaving and returning. The rink FAQ says skaters must be at least 3 and fit a toddler size 9 skate, and children under 10 must be with an adult. Dress for the weather, since the rink is outdoors.

What was checked & what still needs confirmation
Season dates and hours come from the 2026 rink page. The street location and age rule come from the rink FAQ, which still carries 2023 season dates and prices ($15/$12), so the location ('corner of Light St. and Pratt St. between Harborplace Pavilions') and prices could not be confirmed for 2026; prices omitted. No street number published.
