About this adventure

Kenosha Public Library turns its KPL Kids space at the Uptown Lofts into a circus ring for one evening after the branch closes. Families with children work through a series of challenges to earn a circus performer's certificate; the library names high-wire walking over sharks and lion taming among them. Between challenges there is a balloon artist, a fortune teller, photo spots and popcorn. The program lasts an hour and a half, and the library says its doors will be locked at 6:15 p.m., so plan to arrive before then. The event page lists it for families with children and shows no registration step and no fee. KPL Kids @ Uptown Lofts is the library's children's space at 6144 22nd Avenue; on the day of the event it is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. before the after-hours program starts.
