Brave enough to face things that crawl, slither and wiggle? On Saturday, October 17, from 4 to 5:30 p.m., a naturalist at Hidden Oaks Nature Center in Bolingbrook guides participants through a series of sensory challenges with the creepy-crawly side of nature. Kids usually cringe at first and leave with a new appreciation for animals that are not cute and cuddly. Free, for ages 7 and older with a registered adult; registration was due by October 15, so call to check for space.
