Young children explore nature through their ears at Little Sprouts Sound Lab, a free Forest Preserves program at Crabtree Nature Center on Tuesday, November 10 at 10 am. The session uses sensory activities, outdoor listening and sound-making to help kids notice the natural world around them. It is designed for ages 2 to 6 with an adult, and siblings are welcome to join. Crabtree is on Stover Road in Barrington Hills; part of the program is outdoors, so dress for the weather.
