About this adventure

Ohio County Tourism lists A Merry Little Christmas Celebration on Saturday, December 12, 2026. The tourism calendar says 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., with Santa visits only from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. It names free carriage rides by Royal Carriages, Boots N' Mini Moos calves, deejay JD Hughes, arts and crafts vendors, free hot chocolate and sugar cookies from JAM Real Estate Group, and a First-N-Last Roadhouse food truck selling food. The tourism bullet does not print a street. The organizer's Eventbrite listing, presented by Ohio County Tourism Inc., puts the location at 217 North High Street, Rising Sun, IN 47040, and states the event as 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Eventbrite also lists youth and adult vendors, a make-it take-it ornament, and the same free carriage rides, Santa hours, cocoa, and cookie while supplies last. Neither page prints an admission dollar amount. Email on the tourism line is kendal@enjoyrisingsun.com.
