Set in a cozy family home during the Christmas season, this charming puppet adaptation of The Velveteen Rabbit offers a lighter, brighter retelling of the classic story. A shy toy rabbit embarks on a magical journey to discover what it means to be real, joined by a delightful cast of comedic companions: from a boastful wind-up robot and a dramatic jack-in-the-box to a duo of mischievous wild rabbits who bring laughter, chaos, and heart to every adventure. With playful escapades, the gentle wisdom of the nursery’s oldest toys, and the support of new friends, the Velveteen Rabbit learns that love isn’t just something you feel; it’s something that transforms you. Filled with whimsical puppetry, festive scenes, humor, and a heartfelt message about friendship, this family-friendly production celebrates the spirit of Christmas and the magic of being cherished.
