About this adventure

Lake Erie Nature & Science Center in Bay Village sits in parkland along Lake Erie and offers free general admission to live animal exhibits and displays on natural history and space science. It also runs a wildlife rehabilitation service for injured and orphaned animals. The Schuele Planetarium, rebuilt in 2014 with a combined star projector and digital dome showing more than 3,000 stars, runs short family shows for $5 a person (under 1 free): Twinkle Tots for ages 0-3 (about 20 minutes), Sky Safari for ages 3 and up, Stellar Stars for ages 3-7 and The Little Star That Could for 4 and up. Planetarium programs can sell out, so book ahead. Parking is free on Porter Creek Drive, with overflow at Huntington Reservation's Wolf Picnic Area.
