The 22nd Plano International Festival fills Haggard Park in downtown Plano on Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Organizers call it North Texas's largest multicultural event, with free admission and parking. Families can watch music and dance performances from many cultures, try food from international food trucks, and see cultural displays and an art exhibit. Children get a Festival Passport to have stamped at the cultural booths, and there are free hands-on STEAM and eco-friendly DIY activities. A Wellness Fair in the Courtyard Theater runs 11 a.m.–2 p.m. with free flu shots (while supplies last) and health screenings, and the FitZone offers interactive fitness demos. It's easy to spend a whole afternoon here with school-age children.
