About this adventure

Join Daring Girls for a conversation with Denver-based Dr. Mathangi Subramanian, an award winning author releasing her new book, Our Periods, Ourselves: An Empowered Teen’s Guide. Subramanian will be joined by Hyasintha Ntuyeko Fitzpatrick, Vice President of the Daring Girls Board of Directors and a Tanzanian menstrual health entrepreneur whose voice and work are featured prominently in the book. Enjoy a discussion, audience Q&A, and a chance to get your book signed. Light refreshments will be served. This event is free and open to the public, but space is limited. RSVP at DaringGirls.org/booktalk to hold your spot and reserve a copy of the book to pick up on site.
