Garden City Kiwanis and Rotary host a free Selfies with Santa afternoon at Barson's Greenhouse on Merriman Road. Children can visit Santa, receive a gift from him, and enjoy hot cocoa and cookies, and families take their own photos, so there is no photo package to buy. The calendar entry starts at noon on Saturday, December 5, 2026, the same day as Santa at the Straight Farmhouse a few blocks south, so families can easily do both. Admission is free. A greenhouse full of poinsettias also makes a warm, colorful backdrop for holiday pictures.
