About this adventure
Hendricks County Parks naturalists lead a moonlit, intentionally spooky night hike through McCloud Nature Park, mixing stories of the park's history and haunts with a look at nature's nightlife, the animals that are active after dark. The guided walk lasts about an hour on the park's trails. It is recommended for ages 10 and up, so it suits tweens and teens who like a scare more than little ones. Dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes. The fee is $5 per person and advance registration is required through the parks' online RecDesk system.
