About this adventure
Carmel's seasonal outdoor ice rink on Carter Green, open for the 2026–27 season from Nov. 21, 2026 to Jan. 31, 2027. Skate sessions normally last 90 minutes, and admission and skate rental can be bought in advance online. From Nov. 21 to Dec. 24 the rink is surrounded by the Carmel Christkindlmarkt German Christmas market, with food, drinks, gifts and performances. The rink is closed most Mondays and Tuesdays for private rentals, and weather can close it (call to reschedule). A live video feed on the rink's site shows conditions. The rink's calendar lists special skate events and holiday hours.
