A weeknight Halloween party for kids at Beaches Town Center, where Atlantic Beach and Neptune Beach meet. Bring costumed little ghouls and goblins for golf-cart trunk-or-treating, a costume contest, games, crafts, prizes and a photo booth, in the Seahorse Oceanfront Inn parking lot. The City of Neptune Beach hosts a booth.
