About this adventure

An art, architecture and history museum in the former Hotel Alcazar, a Gilded Age resort hotel that Henry Flagler commissioned and that was built in 1888 in downtown St. Augustine. Otto Lightner founded it in 1948 to share his eclectic collection, from ornate furniture and American art glass to vintage typewriters and curiosities, and rotating and traveling exhibitions add to it. Children 11 and under get in free, and St. Johns County residents pay a reduced rate with ID. Last admission is at 4 p.m.
