To mark Native American Heritage Month, the Main Library screens Disney's Brother Bear (2003, rated G, 1 hour 25 minutes) the day before Thanksgiving. The film starts at 2 p.m., and children can make an optional bear craft while they watch. Water, popcorn and colouring sheets are provided. The event is for children and teens ages 2 to 18 and their families only, so it is a relaxed holiday-week outing for siblings of different ages. It runs until 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 25, in the craft room.
