Organizer

Lenexa Public Market (City of Lenexa)

For this Wednesday Family Night the Lenexa Public Market brings in big trucks and equipment from the City of Lenexa's Municipal Services department. Children can climb into the driver's seat, honk horns and meet the crews who maintain Lenexa's streets, traffic signals, stormwater systems and city vehicles. It runs 5 to 7 p.m. as part of the Market's weekly Family Night, when merchants offer kid-friendly food specials and more than 250 board games are free to play, so families can make dinner out of it. Good for toddlers through early elementary children who love vehicles.
