Midtown Global Market's free, family-favorite Halloween tradition. Costumed kids and their families move through the market to trick-or-treat at vendor booths, decorate treat bags, and enjoy face painting and other festive activities, all in a warm, indoor, all-ages setting. The market is at 920 E. Lake Street in Minneapolis; the event runs 5-7 PM on Halloween night.
