For four evenings in early December, the City of Casselberry, the Casselberry Police Department and Seminole County Fire Department escort Santa and his elves through city neighborhoods, tossing candy to children along the way. Families simply wait curbside on the published route for their street, so there is nothing to buy and no tickets; little ones love hearing the sirens coming. The run starts out from 95 Triplet Lake Drive each night at about 6 p.m. and lasts until roughly 8:30-9 p.m. Routes for each night are posted on casselberry.org and may change on the night because of weather or road conditions, so check before heading out.
