The Cecil County Christmas Parade fills downtown North East on Saturday, December 5. The county-wide parade brings marching bands, vintage and modified cars, commercial floats, equestrian and animal units, fire trucks and motorcycles, and downtown merchants and restaurants offer goodies, treats and parade-day specials for people who come early or stay late. The county calendar lists the day as all day and gives no start time or route, and the Town of North East's parade page still shows the 2025 applications, so check the start time closer to the date.

What was checked & what still needs confirmation
Read from the Cecil County government calendar (Tourism events; month list views Nov/Dec 2026 print the full entry with time, place and address). County entry dated Saturday, December 5, 2026 (time 'All Day'). The town's own parade page links only 2025 applications and a 2025 Facebook event, so the 2026 start time is unconfirmed.
