Families can start their holiday decorating at Peters Township Public Library's Family Ornament Night on the Monday after Thanksgiving. Led by Miss Linda, the 45-minute evening session has children make kid-friendly ornaments to take home and hang on the tree. It is listed as a family program, so parents and children work together and siblings of different ages can join. The craft takes place in the library's Multi-Purpose Room in McMurray. Registration is required, and the library supplies the materials.
