The Children's Museum of Pittsburgh runs its 27th annual Mister Rogers' Neighborhood Sweater Drive for the whole month of November, in the spirit of Fred Rogers' lessons about helping others. Families can drop off new or gently used sweaters in any size at the museum between 8 am and 7 pm any day from November 1 to 30; children's sweaters are especially needed. Each donor receives one free adult admission for a visit during November 2026, which makes it an easy way to pair a giving activity with a museum day. Businesses and organizations can also collect sweaters or apply to receive them through the museum.
