About this adventure
The North Park edition of Run Santa Run fills the park with runners and walkers dressed as Santas and elves. Children can run the Great Elf Rescue Race, a 100-meter dash at 9:00 AM, while older family members choose the Jolly Mile (9:05 AM) or the 5K (9:10 AM). Santa suits, elf ears and holiday cheer are encouraged, and the organizers say the race sells out every year, so early registration is advised on the race page. Participants are invited to bring an unwrapped toy or donate to Amachi Pittsburgh, which helps local kids in need.
