A 45-minute holiday ride on the historic Willamette Shore Trolley from its Lake Oswego depot. The decorated trolley is strung with holiday lights, and children get sweet treats and sing carols along the way; as the car heads back to the station, a very special visitor from the North Pole climbs aboard. The rides are run by the Willamette Shore Trolley on behalf of Lake Oswego Parks & Recreation, which sells the tickets through its online registration. The 2026 rides depart at 4 pm on Friday, December 11 and Saturday, December 12. Tickets went on sale in August and usually sell out quickly, so check availability before you go.
