- Riley's Farm
A working apple orchard and living-history farm in Oak Glen with pick-your-own fruit, the Colonial Chesterfield village, Hawk's Head Publick House, a colonial gift store and Saturday 'Adventures in the Old World' activities. Public hours are Tuesday to Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM; the farm is closed on Sundays and on Christmas and Thanksgiving. Most of the year there is no admission charge to visit during public hours (seasonal events like Christmas Village and Colonial Faire require gate admission), and parking is free except for a $5 fee on selected fall-harvest Saturdays. The U-Pick schedule (updated 10/8/2026) lists apples such as Standard Delicious, Red Astrachan, Braeburn, Gold Rush, Granny Smith, Newton Pippin and Rome Beauty, plus Jack O'Lantern, Cinderella and white pumpkins, zinnias and corn stalks, all available Tuesday-Saturday; fruit is sold by weight at $3.50 per lb. Living History Tours run on weekdays for groups.
