Rancho Mirage Library & Observatory runs in-person Tiny Tots Storytimes for babies and toddlers up to age 3 and their grown-ups. Each session has about twenty-five minutes of lively songs, fingerplays, action rhymes, flannel-board stories and picture books, then a short coloring activity. Sessions are in the library's Annenberg Room. The December calendar lists Tuesday 10:00–10:30 a.m., Wednesday 10:00–10:30 a.m. and Wednesday 11:00–11:30 a.m. sessions. No registration is mentioned, and the library calendar marks storytimes for families and kids.

What was checked & what still needs confirmation
Read in a browser (built-in browser pass 2026-10-16); curl/WebFetch could not fetch this entrance. LibCal shows 'Pacific Time - US & Canada'. The Wednesday 10:00 entry's text says 'each Tuesday' but its date is a Wednesday, so both days are listed as the calendar shows them. Fee not stated (library storytimes usually free, not recorded as such).
