About this adventure

Roseville Public Library kicks off its dinosaur month with a two-hour Dinovember Adventure on Saturday, November 7, from 1 to 3 PM, held at the Mahany Fitness Center rather than a library branch. The afternoon includes a dinosaur-themed magic show, a sand pit where kids dig for fossils, dinosaur crafts and a chance to take a selfie with a T-Rex. Parents take part alongside their children; the library says parent participation is required. Like the library's other youth programs for ages 0 to 12, it is free. Dinosaur activities continue in the library branches through November, including special dinosaur and fossil storytimes with real fossils on loan from the Sierra College Natural History Museum.
