Trick-or-treating with participating merchants along Sutter Street in Historic Folsom (look for 'Participating Merchant' signs), costumed shopkeepers and family activities. A Kids Costume Contest presented by Cynthia's Dance Center runs at the Zittel Family Amphitheater: contestants called at 4:00 PM, costume parade 4:10 PM, awards after; five age categories, every contestant receives a medallion. Contest registration is free; a $5 cash entry fee per child is collected on the day.
