San Antonio Zoo

Kiddie Park, founded in 1925 and described as the oldest children's amusement park in the country, keeps its original 1920s-style rides including an old-fashioned Ferris wheel and a hand-carved Herschell Spillman carousel. San Antonio Zoo took over the park in 2019 and relocated it to the zoo. Children ages 1-12 can ride; riders must be under 54 inches tall. Adults ride free with their child on the carousel. Birthday party packages are available.
