About this adventure

Two pre-submission poetry workshops called Your Young Pegasus Poem for young writers ages 12 and younger at the San Antonio Public Library's Maverick Library on Mystic Park, led by teaching artist Anthony Flores. The first session, on Sunday, November 8, opens with 'Sharpen your pencils!' as Flores guides poets in writing; at the second, on Sunday, December 13, poets bring their work ready for revision and he guides them in revising and editing it. Both sessions run from 2 to 3 pm, and kids can come to one or both. The same pair of workshops is offered at the Central Library downtown on the Saturdays before, November 7 and December 12. No fee or registration is printed in the library calendar.
