Meet the ranger at 11:00 AM at the Muir Woods Entry Archway after parking and checking in; no registration, no age limit and no group size cap. In addition, all year rangers offer a daily 15-minute 'Welcome to the Woods' talk at 10:15 AM and 1:15 PM at Founders Grove, a 10-minute walk into the forest; free and open to all. Scheduling is subject to last-minute changes; signage at the park entry reflects daily offerings. Park entrance fee ($15 adults 16+, under 16 free) and parking/shuttle reservations apply.
