About this adventure
Joyce Ellington Branch Library's Halloween Festival on Halloween afternoon starts with a Halloween-themed storytime, then a parade with trick-or-treating through the library. Children can also choose from an assortment of grab-and-go arts and crafts suitable for all ages. Costumes are encouraged. Free, and no registration is needed; a good, low-key Halloween outing for preschoolers and early elementary kids.
