About this adventure
The historic Grant Ranch House in Joseph D. Grant County Park is decorated for the holidays and open for tours on one December weekend. Visitors meet at the Cook House, tour the ranch house, warm up with a hot drink and a treat, and make a holiday card at a craft table, which keeps younger kids busy. No registration is required; drop in any time during the afternoon window. The ranch is up Mt. Hamilton Road east of San José, so allow time for the winding drive.
