Get your ghosts, goblins, princesses and superheroes dressed up and head to downtown Monroe on Saturday, October 31, 2026 from 1 to 3pm. Participating businesses along Main Street and Lewis Street host festive fun outside their storefronts and hand out treats, a way to celebrate Halloween, support local businesses and enjoy time with neighbors. Come in costume.
