The Northshore YMCA in Bothell runs a two-and-a-half-hour Saturday-evening festival. Children play carnival games, trunk-or-treat from festively decorated cars and jump in a bounce house. The longer evening window gives families from Bothell, Woodinville, Kenmore and Kirkland flexibility to drop in after dinner. The YMCA of Greater Seattle's Fall Family Festivals are free and open to the whole community, not only members. Costumes are welcome, but adults may not wear masks or face coverings (except health-related ones), weapons and realistic weapon props are not allowed, and costumes should suit all ages.
