Westfield Southcenter holds a free Halloween costume parade for children and dogs on Level 1 by Macy's, with prizes, giveaways, music and photo spots. Check-in opens at 10 am. The dog parade starts at 11 am, followed by kids' parades by age at 11:30 (ages 0–3), 11:45 (ages 4–7) and noon (ages 8+), then an awards ceremony at 12:30 pm. Kids' categories include best costume, best DIY costume and most creative costume, and representatives from the City of Tukwila and mall stores present the awards. Winners must be present to claim prizes. Registration is free but space is limited. Arrive at least 30 minutes before your parade with your registration QR code, and keep costumes family-friendly.

What was checked & what still needs confirmation
Read in a browser (curl/WebFetch blocked or JS-only). The Westfield page header shows 'Oct 25, 2026', probably shifted by the browser's Asia/Shanghai time zone. The body text and calendar both say Saturday, October 24. The Tukwila calendar lists 10 am–1 pm, counting check-in. The mall prints its address as Seattle WA 98188.
