- Seattle Great Wheel / Miners Landing
175-foot observation wheel at Pier 57 (Miners Landing) on the Seattle waterfront with 42 enclosed gondolas; every ride is three full revolutions (about 10–15 minutes in winter). Open daily 11:00am–9:00pm, though hours may vary and it may close early with low attendance. Tickets are general admission, valid any day the wheel is open (except the reservation-only New Year's Eve Midnight Ride) and do not expire. The slow, smooth ride is described as appropriate for all ages including babies and pregnant women; children age 2 and under ride free but still need a ticket from the will-call window. Light shows run Friday–Sunday evenings.
