West Seattle's Hometown Holidays is a free community celebration on Saturday, December 5, 2026 on SW Alaska St between 42nd Ave SW and California Ave SW, including Junction Plaza Park. The festival begins at 4:00pm when the Night Market opens, with the Endolyne Choir at 4:30pm, School of Rock at 5:00pm, a pet costume contest at 5:30pm, the Metropolitan Singers carolers at 5:45pm, the tree lighting at 6:00pm and a holiday DJ at 6:15pm; Santa, entertainers and a beverage garden are also listed. The Night Market closes at 8:00pm. Schedule is subject to change.
