Glazer Children's Museum rings in the New Year by day with Downtown Countdown on December 31. Families celebrate with countdowns, themed crafts and festivities throughout the day, and a balloon drop on the hour marks midnight in different countries around the world. It is designed so young children can celebrate New Year's Eve without staying up late, leaving the evening free for family plans. Downtown Countdown is included with museum admission and runs 9:30 am to 3:00 pm.
