School of Rock Tampa

Performance-based music school at 620 S. MacDill Ave. in South Tampa. Rookies (ages 6–7) is a weekly group music lesson for children with no previous experience, covering chords, rhythm and song structure while trying multiple instruments. Rock 101 (ages 8–13) pairs one weekly group rehearsal of simplified classic rock songs with a weekly private lesson. The Performance Program (ages 8–18) combines a weekly band rehearsal with weekly private lessons and culminates in live shows at local Tampa venues every few months. A Little Wing program for younger children, songwriting, house band and camps are also listed. Tuition is not published on the location page.
