Smith-Gilbert Gardens' Little Sprouts class invites caregivers and children ages 0–4 for music, movement, play and story time, 9:15 to 10 a.m., with a new theme each month. In November children explore fall leaves around the Gardens and make leaf rubbings; December sessions look at winter plants and animals and end with a craft; January sessions are about winter weather. Class may move indoors in cold or rainy weather, and afterward families can play in the Imagination Station and Living Laboratory garden. Included with garden admission (Family-level members and above free; $3 adults and children free with SNAP/EBT). Registration is required.
