About this adventure
The Havre de Grace Recreation Committee's annual Halloween costume contest (formerly the costume parade) takes place downtown on the evening before Halloween. Children register at the stage on Pennington Avenue by the old Visitors Center any time between 5 and 7 pm, then trick-or-treat at participating downtown businesses. Winners are announced and brought up on stage at 7:15 pm. The committee notes that this does not replace traditional trick-or-treating on Saturday, October 31.
