Three Halloween events: the Spooky Trail on Rails to Trails East (enter at Watkins Park, walk the 0.3-mile path meeting ghoulish characters; bring a flashlight), the Town's annual Halloween Costume Contest at 6pm in the Railyard (3 N. Main St.) with ribbons in multiple categories, a Trunk or Treat with Twisted Rodz of Maryland, and the Haunted CaBOOse at 2 N. Main St. All ages; all events free.
