Downtown Westminster holiday celebration: Santa's Treat (free children's event with games, crafts and face painting) at the Westminster Family Fitness Center 12–4pm, one-mile Jingle Bell Run on Main Street at 4:55pm, Holiday Electric Parade at 5pm, then carols and the city's tree lighting in Locust Lane. Afterwards visit Santa's house on the Westminster Library front lawn and walk the City Park light display with firepits and a hot cocoa bar (6–8pm).
