About this adventure
After its opening day, the Fire Museum of Maryland's Holiday Train Garden stays open on weekends through December and during the week after Christmas. Sunday hours are noon to 4 pm (November 29 and December 6, 13, 20 and 27), Saturday hours from December 5 are 10 am to 4 pm, and the museum also opens 10 am to 4 pm on December 28, 29 and 30 for holiday week. The train garden is included with museum admission, and the museum points out that kids love its Discovery Room and a Lego display. Tickets at the door: adults $15, seniors $13, children $7, under 2 free.
