A drop-off holiday craft class for children ages 6 to 11 at Powisset Farm in Dover. Instead of baking, kids build their own gingerbread-style houses out of recycled cardboard and everyday craft materials, designing walls and windows and adding colourful decorations and details of their own. The one-hour workshop runs on a Wednesday after school, from 3:30 to 4:30pm, and gives old materials a second life while getting children into the holiday spirit. Pre-registration is required and closes 24 hours before class; the class needs at least eight participants to run.
