SouthPark Regional Library's annual Fall Festival is a morning built around its youngest visitors. The regular storytimes run with a Halloween theme — Toddler Storytime at 9:30, Family Storytime at 10:15 and Baby Lapsit at 11 — and trick-or-treat stations are set up around the library between sessions. Face painting and a festive craft round out the morning. Costumes are encouraged. It is aimed at babies, toddlers and preschoolers with their caregivers; families can come for one storytime or stay for the whole 9:30–noon window. No registration is listed.
