About this adventure

Santa takes up his seat in SouthPark's Center Court on Friday, November 6, 2026, and stays through Christmas Eve, making SouthPark one of the earliest places in Charlotte to visit him this season. Families book a time slot online ahead of the visit to skip the wait, meet Santa, share wish lists and leave with professional photos. Hours change through the season: in November Santa is usually there 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. on Sundays; from early December the days get longer, and the last three days before Christmas he is in from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. He is closed on Thanksgiving Day and finishes at 5 p.m. on December 24. The mall points visitors to the West Plaza entrance.
