About this adventure

Santa arrives at Concord Mills on Friday, November 20, 2026, and sees families at his set near the Dining Pavilion until Christmas Eve. Visits are booked in advance through the mall's Santa reservation site, and families leave with professional photos. Hours change through the season: through November Santa is usually there 2 to 7 p.m. on weekdays, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturdays and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays (closed on Thanksgiving Day); from December 7 he starts at 11 a.m. on weekdays, from December 14 the hours run 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and the last days before Christmas he is in from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., finishing at 5 p.m. on December 24. Concord Mills is the big outlet mall off I-85 in Concord, and Entry 2 is the closest door. A separate sensory-friendly Caring Santa hour runs on December 6.
