Concord Mills sets aside an hour on Sunday, December 6, 2026, for Caring Santa, a private, sensory-friendly visit with Santa exclusively for children with special needs and their families. From 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Santa receives reserved families at his set near the Dining Pavilion beside Latte Factory, ahead of the regular Santa photo hours that start at 10 a.m. that day, so children can meet him without long lines or the noise of a busy mall afternoon. Reservations are required, and the number of families is limited to those who booked. Photographers take pictures during the visit and families may buy them afterwards. Concord Mills is the large outlet mall off I-85 in Concord; use Entry 2, the entrance the mall recommends for the Santa set.
